You need to be aged 21 to 70 to hire a van with us.
You must have held a full UK licence for at least 2 years.
Your full UK driving licence, your National Insurance number, photo ID and a second form of ID. No proof of address needed.
Yes — extra drivers can be added at £15 per driver, per hire, once they meet the same requirements as the main driver.
You may not be able to hire if you have more than 6 penalty points (in the last 3 years), a driving ban in the last 5 years, or any drink or drug driving convictions.
Yes — you're fully insured under our motor policy for the duration of your hire, as long as you stick to the hire terms.
The excess is £1,000 per incident, whatever the fault.
Tell us straight away, don't admit fault, get the other party's details, and call the police if needed.
No — unlimited miles on all day hires.
Bring it back with the same fuel level you left with. Returned short on fuel means the refuel cost plus a fee.
Only with our written permission first.
No smoking or vaping in any van. Pets or smoke that leave odours mean a cleaning charge.
You do — anything incurred during your hire, plus a small admin fee if we have to process it.
Yes — we've got secure parking, so you can leave your car here for the length of your hire.

Late returns are charged at the daily rate plus an admin fee. Always call us if you're running behind.
